December 2019 – The Humble Beginnings

Milestone: Illo's Group started as a makeshift home kitchen known as Lapuz Party Trays, focused on delivering delicious food for small gatherings and parties.

January 2020 – A Viral Leap

Milestone: The Instagram account grew from 28 followers to 1,500 due to a viral post by a celebrity, sparking early attention and awareness.

February 2020 – Dine at Home Concept Launch

Milestone: Illo's introduced the Dine at Home concept, offering customers the convenience of premium meals delivered directly to their homes.

March 2020 – Keeping Operations Going Amidst COVID-19

Milestone: As the COVID-19 pandemic set in, Illo's continued operations by housing staff and ensuring safety protocols while serving their community.

May 2020 – Rebranding to Illo's Party Trays

Milestone: The company rebranded to Illo's Party Trays, named after the founder's surname. The 'Celebrate as Home' concept was born as a response to the continuous value-adding proposition during the pandemic.

December 2020 – Celebrating a Milestone

Milestone: Celebrated their first anniversary with 5,000 families served in 2020, reflecting the company's rapid growth and dedication to service.

June 2021 – YouTube Channel Launch

Milestone: Illo's became the first ghost kitchen in the industry to launch its own YouTube channel, sharing behind-the-scenes content, cooking tutorials, and more.

December 2021 – A Successful Second Year

Milestone: By the end of its second year, Illo's had served over 30,000 families.

2022 – Opening the First Flagship Restaurant

Milestone: Illo's Group opened its first flagship restaurant, Illo's Home, in Paranaque City, followed by its spin-off brand, Illo's Home Buffet.

2023 – Recognized by Prominent Media Outlets

Milestone: Illo's Group was featured by prominent media outfits across the Philippines, further cementing its presence in the industry.

2024 – Premium Catering with Privè by Illo's

Milestone: The official launch of Illo's premium catering arm, Privè by Illo's, alongside winning the Business of the Year award at the Net 25 Open for Business Trailblazer Awards.

2025 – Honored as One of the Top 50 Most Influential People

Milestone: Chef N was honored as one of the Top 50 Most Influential People in the Philippines by Rising Tigers Magazine, InCharge Magazine, and TopNewsAsia. The same year, Illo's launched Rosa, a concept restaurant, and established its concessionaire segment under Illo's Hospitality Group.
